Open enrollment for our preschool is live! Applications can be downloaded below. Once completed, please email your application to preschool@northridgehc.com or return your application to our preschool office.

If your child will be attending our VPK program, be sure to obtain a VPK certificate prior to enrollment. We look forward to partnering with your family in your child’s early learning journey!
